Uniforms Optimised for Tax Deductability

All garments sold are branded with the Crana Plus brand to ensure that they comply with ATO guidelines on defining a work uniform. Garments sold through this site are fully tax deductible. We encourage you to keep your payment receipt/tax invoice to ensure you can claim your items in your tax return.

Order Delivery Times

Most items on this site are stock service and require embellishment prior to delivery. As such we cannot process urgent orders because garments have to be embroidered, tagged, or printed prior to being delivered. This process can take up to three weeks depending on factors such as stock levels and embellishment wait times. ACC will always endeavor to deliver your orders as quickly as possible and as soon as your order is ready to ship it will be sent by Australia Post.

Shipping

Andrews Corporate Clothing will ship uniforms directly to your delivery address using Australia Post registered mail. This means that a package is allocated a value and that Australia Post will guarantee it for that value. It also means that when sent a sender will have to sign the package over to Australia Post, and upon arrival at your nominated address, the recipient will have to sign for the package. If the recipient is not present, either a calling card will be left or a text message sent with instructions for the package to be collected from your nearest Australia Post office. Photo identification may be required to collect the package. Andrews Corporate Clothing always sends an email upon shipping an item, and Australia Post send tracking information via email so that you can attempt to be present when the package is delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR PURCHASES CAREFULLY AS YOU CANNOT RETURN AN ITEM IF YOU NO LONGER WANT IT

If a product(s) is faulty or is not the product(s) you ordered, you may receive a full refund of your purchase price plus shipping charges, or you may exchange the product(s), or you may receive a store credit for the full purchase price plus shipping.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items sold through this website for any other reason. If you have purchased an item you no longer want we cannot accept it back. (unfortunately we cannot resell an item once it is embroidered with the CranaPlus logo, and as such we cannot accept returns)

 

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY/INCORRECT PRODUCT(S)

If the product you receive is faulty or the wrong product please contact us on 1300 222 669 and we will arrange for it to be sent back to us at no cost to you.
